What is Opus Dei?

Opus Dei’s mission is to promote the message that everyone has been called by God to seek holiness both in and through his daily work, family life and social relations as well as to make the Gospel known throughout the world and in every sphere of society. To follow this spirituality means exercising human and Christian virtues while carrying out one’s work in the ordinary course of life, following the example of Jesus Christ.
